Job Overview:

We are searching for Jr Manager responsible for the operational management of Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and for coordinating Business Intelligence (BI) demands, ensuring proper system functionality, data integration, and efficiency in the prioritization and delivery of analytical projects.

Key Job Responsibilities:

This professional will have two main macro responsibilities:

1. Operational Management of SCM Systems

• Supervise the operation of the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM), ensuring data integrity and proper execution of sales and planning processes.
• Monitor information flows between retailers, internal systems, and GSCM, ensuring correct transmission and standardization of data.
• Manage the third-party company responsible for data integration, ensuring all connections via APIs or other systems are operating efficiently and according to established standards.
• Act as the local point of contact to resolve operational issues and coordinate system improvements.
• Work closely with internal teams (IT, Sales, Planning, Logistics) to ensure systems support business needs.
• dentify automation opportunities and continuous improvement in SCM processes.

1. PMO / PO for BI Demands

• Act as a bridge between business teams and the BI technical team, defining priorities and ensuring projects are delivered according to established requirements.
• Oversee the BI ticket flow, track project progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Participate in the definition of data strategies, optimizing processes and ensuring the quality of analytical outputs.
• Ensure stakeholder needs are translated into clear technical requirements for the BI team.
• Have solid knowledge of SQL for data analysis and preferably experience with visualization tools such as Tableau Creator.
• Support data governance initiatives, ensuring data is well-structured and accessible for decision-making.

• Background & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or a related.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset and proficiency in analytics.
• Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Adaptable to change and technological challenges
• Ability to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
• Deep knowledge of SCM processes and systems integration.
