Our client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to serve as a strategic bridge between their U.S.-based management and development teams and the nearshore technical team.
This role requires a seasoned ServiceNow expert with 10+ years of experience , capable of overseeing end-to-end platform implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between U.S. stakeholders and nearshore ServiceNow development team.
- Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform .
- Proven track record in end-to-end implementations .
- Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level) .
Bonus:
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow.
