T4Trade, a well establish broker in Europe, ASIA and LATAM is looking to hire an experienced individual to assume the role of Country Manager.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the local team, providing support and training in line with HQ requirements.
- Oversee and grow the company's operations within the region (including, but not limited to Brazil).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered in a timely manner.
- Promote and drive the adoption of the company’s financial products and services.
- Represent the company at international industry expos and be available for travel.
- Leverage existing partner relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay up to date with global financial markets on a daily basis.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular feedback on progress to management.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development within the FX industry, including managing a portfolio and/or team.
- Business fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate and expand business independently.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
