Descrição da vaga - Implement, configure, support data backup and protection products. - Install, monitor, test, execute the data recovery service and solution. - Provide technical assistance to the rest of the infrastructure team (Server, database, application.etc.). - Support the ITIL Operational model: Incident, Problem, Release, Change, Configuration Management activities. - Create and maintain documentation to be utilized by the global support team.
