🌿 Social Media Manager (Instagram, Facebook & Email Administration) Project Type: Ongoing, long-term collaboration Workload: 5 hours per day, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Language Required: English (fluent) We will also be using Brazilian Portuguese, but you don’t need to know the language — you just need to know how to use ChatGPT to get translations and communicate that way. ⸻ ✨ About the Role We’re looking for a highly creative and organized Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our digital presence on two Instagram accounts, two Facebook pages, and two email accounts. This role involves both creative and administrative tasks — from designing visually stunning content to managing communication with followers and clients. You must be proactive, reliable, and capable of producing professional, elegant, and cohesive visuals that align with our brand’s tone and identity. ⸻ 💼 Responsibilities 1. Design Instagram carousel posts and other visual content. 2. Create and manage video content for social media (editing + production). 3. Build and automate ManyChat flows for organic digital product sales. 4. Upload all final designs and videos to Trello for review and posting. 5. Respond to Direct Messages and comments (in English and Brazilian Portuguese). 6. Reply to emails professionally in both languages (using ChatGPT for translation when needed). 7. Manage and schedule posts for two Instagram accounts and Facebook pages (one in English and one in Portuguese). 8. Oversee graphic design production for all social media visuals (mainly carousel-style content). 9. Ensure consistent branding, formatting, and messaging across all platforms. ⸻ 🧠 Requirements • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or similar) • Experience with ManyChat, Trello, and social media scheduling • Ability to use ChatGPT or AI tools for writing and translation • Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail • Reliability, communication skills, and commitment to deadlines ⸻ 💰 Compensation Hourly rate.
