  • Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer & Account Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. In this role, you will manage end-to-end paid social strategy, client communication, and performance optimization—all while contributing to long-term growth and brand success.
  • You will work closely with creative, email/SMS, and development teams, supported by agency leadership. If you're analytical, organized, passionate about advertising, and comfortable owning client relationships, this role is for you.
  • Responsibilities
  • ● Build and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns, incorporating strategy, forecasting, and custom creative assets
  • ● Set quarterly goals and KPIs, ensuring ongoing performance improvement
  • ● Analyze and optimize media spend based on client needs using data-driven tactics
  • ● Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly client meetings, delivering insights and guiding strategic direction
  • ● Prepare performance reports and share insights about future tests and optimizations
  • ● Stay updated on advertising trends, CRO techniques, competitive analysis, and platform changes; share knowledge with internal teams
  • ● Support new business audits, pitches, and proposals when needed
  • Must-Have
  • ● 2+ years of paid social media buying experience for eCommerce
  • ● Strong experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads
  • ● Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • ● Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript
  • ● Strong understanding of omnichannel digital marketing
  • ● Ability to derive insights from raw data and shape client strategies
  • ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ● Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • ● Passion for helping clients grow and building successful brands
  • ● Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required
  • ● Experience developing creative testing frameworks
  • ● Prior agency experience managing multiple clients
  • ● Comfort presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders
