IBEU is seeking an Academic Coordinator with solid experience in course design, class observation, and educational project implementation. This professional will coordinate pedagogical initiatives and support faculty development, contributing to the academic excellence and innovation that define the institution.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlan, review, and update course design and curriculum structure, ensuring alignment between objectives, methodology, and assessment.Conduct class observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.Coordinate and monitor educational and innovation projects.Support teacher training and development through workshops and pedagogical meetings.Track academic performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.Evaluate and select teaching materials and educational resources.Collaborate with other institutional areas (Operations, Marketing, and Technology) on cross-functional projects.Promote and disseminate innovative teaching practices and methodologies.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDegree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, or related areas.At least 3 years of experience in academic coordination, course design, or teacher supervision.Experience in class observation and teacher mentoring.Familiarity with active methodologies and educational technology.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Proven proficiency in English (C2 level).Analytical skills for performance assessment and academic planning.Desirable Qualifications:Postgraduate degree in Education, Bilingual Education, or related fields.International experience and/or certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or equivalent.
