We’re hiring an Account Executives (English/French) to sell our diagnostic solutions into construction, transportation, agriculture, and marine industries. You don’t need to be a mechanic — we provide full training. $15/hr base during training with total earning potential $15–$25/hrdepending on performance. -Warm inbound leads are provided, with extra earning potential from outbound sales Who We Are Our company empowers mechanics and industrial companies to diagnose, calibrate, and repair their own equipment. Our global diagnostic solution has been enabling service teams in heavy equipment, marine, agriculture, and on-highway transportation to take service into their own hands with great success. The Opportunity As a B2B Account Executives (English) you will engage with North American and international companies in these industries. Your role is to generate sales by delivering a great buying experience: - Performing software demonstrations (virtual) - Sending sales content or personalized demonstration videos - Delivering proposals and communicating professionally - Working inbound leads from marketing as well as generating your own to increase your opportunity What’s Required - Deliver virtual sales demonstrations of our diagnostic software - Generate proposals tailored to customer requirements - Manage your sales funnel in HubSpot CRM to maintain prospect engagement - Document call outcomes, contact info, and update sequence statuses in CRM - Take an active interest in understanding the market, product, and industry Calls are made Monday–Friday, North American business hours 32 hrs/week minimum – up to 40 hrs/week Who You Are - Experienced in B2B sales and comfortable handling gatekeepers - Confident in English and French, able to deliver demos/presentations virtually - Comfortable on camera and skilled at building trust with prospects - Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) - Background in construction, transportation, marine, material handling, or agriculture is a plus, but not required - You are motivated, organized, curious, and enjoy problem-solving with customers We encourage women and underrepresented groups to apply — diverse perspectives make our team stronger How We’ll Help You Succeed - Full product training so you can speak confidently about the solution - FAQs, scripts, and sales tools (and you’ll help improve them) - Slack support and regular check-ins with sales leadership - Marketing-generated inbound leads that you can complement with your outbound work to increase your opportunity Compensation -$12/hour base plus commission and bonus - Commission plan paid monthly - Quarterly bonus commissions for performance Earning potential (40 hrs/week): - Baseline performers (≈1 kit/week): ~$15–16/hr equivalent - Consistent performers (1.5–2 kits/week): ~$18–20/hr equivalent - Top performers (2&3/week): ~20-$25/hr equivalent Culture - Hours: Monday to Friday, North American business hours -We’re a 5-year-old business built by a team of good people who genuinely enjoy working together -We believe in a supportive, collaborative culture — but we also hold each other accountable for results -You’ll be part of a group that values openness, teamwork, and celebrating wins together while staying focused on growth
