We invite you to join us if you want to be part of a fast-paced environment that will accelerate your career and support you to do some of the best work of your life alongside a passionate and committed team distributed across the Americas.
  • What you'll do
  • We’re looking for an Account Executive (Executivo de Vendas) to accelerate Clara’s growth in the SaaS Expense Management space across Brazil. In this role, you’ll drive 100% outbound sales, generating and closing a high volume of contracts with companies seeking smarter, faster ways to manage expenses and corporate spending.
  • This is a hunter role—you’ll identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects. You’ll own your pipeline end to end, from cold outreach to signed contracts, and your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed ambitious client acquisition and deal-volume goals.

You will

  • Own the outbound sales motion for Clara’s expense management solutions, from lead sourcing to contract signing
  • Generate a high volume of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, calls, and digital outreach
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline across multiple industries
  • Engage and influence finance, operations, and procurement decision-makers
  • Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Track and optimize performance vs. KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and number of closed contracts
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRM
  • Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara’s value proposition and differentiation in the expense management SaaS market
  • Who you are
  • We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Must haves
  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS software company (especially in expense management, ERP-adjacent, or financial SaaS contexts)
  • Strong hunter profile, used to working under pressure, with high outbound activity
  • Experience in selling to financial or operations teams (finance, expense, procurement)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
  • Based in Brazil
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
  • Nice to haves
  • Experience in solutions similar to expense management, ERP, or financial automation platforms
  • Network within the fintech / SaaS / corporate finance ecosystem
  • Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
  • Experience or interest in using AI or automation tools to scale outreach
  • A good sense of humor
  • Why join Clara

  • If you’re ready for growth, ownership, and impact — apply now and help us redefine B2B finance in Latin America.
  • Clara’s Hybrid Policy
  • Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
  • We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
