- Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management: Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with regional distributor partners, ensuring alignment with Tek’s objectives and driving joint business plans for growth.
- Territory Account Development: Actively manage designated regional accounts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding Tek’s footprint across target markets.
- Sales Enablement and Support: Provide training, resources, and guidance to distributor sales teams, equipping them to effectively promote and sell Tek’s solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform channel strategy and maximize market share.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with direct sales, product management, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer and partner experience.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on channel and territory performance, sales forecasts, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in territory account management, channel sales, or distributor management within technology-driven sectors.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of electronic systems and testing methodologies; capable of communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through both direct and channel sales. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; adept at building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and market assessment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the region to engage with partners and customers.
