- What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager you’ll combine client leadership, strategy, and performance ownership
- Be the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term, trust-based relationships
- Lead client calls: check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
- Clearly explain Amazon PPC strategy and results in a way clients truly understand
- Guide and support PPC Managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals
- Own PPC performance outcomes — wins, challenges, and next steps
- Proactively solve problems and keep clients confident and informed
- Maintain consistent communication across multiple touchpoints

- What We’re Looking For
- 3+ year experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or a client-facing role
- Solid understanding of Amazon PPC and performance metrics
- Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and human
- Leadership or mentoring experience (a big plus)
- A problem-solver who takes ownership, not excuses
- Comfortable working fully remote with async tools
