We're looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to join our email marketing agency. This role is all about communication, consistency, and keeping projects moving smoothly. What you'll do: Join 30 minute client calls each month and serve as the main point of contact Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in fluent verbal English Act as the liaison between clients and our internal team Keep track of deliverables, deadlines, and client requests Make sure projects flow smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks Support the team in coordinating campaigns, gathering assets, and keeping everyone aligned What we're looking for Fluent verbal and written English Strong communication and people skills Highly organized with great follow through General marketing knowledge Eagerness to learn new things and grow in the role Experience with Klaviyo is a big plus but not required Experience with email marketing or eCommerce is a bonus Comfortable running and leading short client calls About us We run email marketing for eCommerce brands using Klaviyo.
