Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading BPO company which supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. Were looking for a German speaking Account Manager Executive.
Position: Account Manager Executive
Location: remote within Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
 - Focus on small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales through primarily outbound activities.
 - Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
 - Manage, monitor, and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals and sales plans.
 - Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.
 - Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet both client needs and internal standards.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the companys CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all sales activities.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate or fluent verbal and written in German (C1). As well as, strong proficiency in English (at least B2).
 - Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound or business development environment.
 - Strong achievement orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 - Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
 - Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting.
 - Previous experience working with channel partners or in a channel sales environment.
