We’re looking for a performance-driven Account Manager to lead communication and delivery across a portfolio of DTC eCommerce brands. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic goals are met while aligning our internal team across design, copy, and Klaviyo execution. In this role, you are the bridge between strategy, execution, and results—managing timelines, quality, and communication with excellence. 🔹 Responsibilities → Lead client communication and build strong long-term relationships → Set clear goals and expectations across internal teams → Coordinate deliverables with designers, copywriters, and Klaviyo specialists → Run client-facing calls (weekly/bi-weekly) and proactively solve blockers → Oversee the delivery of high-quality campaigns and flows → Manage tasks using ClickUp, track updates, and keep team aligned → Ensure final QA on campaigns before sending (design + content accuracy) → Report campaign performance clearly and effectively to clients 🔹 What We’re Looking For → 5+ years experience in Account or Project Management, preferably within a creative or email marketing agency → Working knowledge of Klaviyo and how retention marketing works (flows, campaigns, segmentation) → Experience leading cross-functional teams and owning client relationships → Exceptional written and verbal communication → Familiarity with project management tools: ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive → Detail-oriented, organized, and results-focused → Ability to provide creative direction and maintain design consistency → Calm under pressure and solution-oriented mindset → PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AGENCIES → AVAILABILITY TO WORK 9-5 EST 🔹 Why Join Us → Work remotely with a high-performing, international team → Be part of a growing agency working with brands in fashion, wellness, beauty, and more → Get direct access to founders and real opportunities for growth → Enjoy flexible hours and supportive leadership → Join a fast-scaling company with a people-first, results-driven culture
