Principais atribuições Prospecção de novos clientes através de redes sociais, feiras, eventos, via whatsapp e contato telefônico; Atendimento a clientes ativos e reativação de clientes inativos, através de contatos via telefone, whatsapp, redes sociais e e-mail; Elaboração de propostas de peças de reposição e sistemas; Follow-up das propostas, negociações e mapeamento da taxa de conversão; Responsável pelo gerenciamento, atualização e manutenção do CRM dos Bottom Customers, garantindo rastreabilidade das interações e emissão de relatórios precisos para suporte à tomada de decisão; Habilidade para ler e interpretar manuais técnicos em inglês para identificação de part numbers; Esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre produtos e serviços, envio de materiais técnicos e comerciais. Escolaridade e Experiência Curso técnico em mecatrônica ou eletrônica; Experiência mínima de um (01) ano em vendas internas. Idiomas: conhecimentos em nível intermediário de inglês e básico em espanhol. Competências e Habilidades Excelentes habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação. Habilidades de informática (Pacote Office). Extrovertido, raciocínio lógico, facilidade no trabalho em equipe.
