We sre looking for an Account Strategist / Customer Success Specialist who will oversee all client accounts, ensuring that each client feels supported, informed, and confident in our ongoing work. This person will handle day-to-day communication, schedule meetings, monitor account progress, and coordinate updates through the proper internal channels—without directly managing internal teams or workflows. A key part of this role is to ensure client retention and satisfaction by building strong relationships, maintaining regular communication, and helping clients see the value of our services. The goal is to make sure clients are not only happy with their results but are also excited to continue working with us, increase their budgets, or explore additional services as their trust grows.
