  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to the success of our digital advertising business, ensuring flawless campaign execution, performance analysis, and revenue optimization across display, video, and programmatic inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) and SSPs.
  • Ensure timely trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting of campaigns to guarantee flawless delivery
  • Analyze ad performance data to identify trends, optimize delivery, and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain ad quality and user experience by enforcing frequency caps, viewability standards, and brand safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, product, and tech teams to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain internal documentation for trafficking workflows, campaign setup, and reporting processes.
  • Work with third-party vendors (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS, Bombora) for measurement, targeting, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations on the publisher side.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, SSPs, or other ad tech platforms.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools (e.g., DevTools).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms
  • Experience with campaign management and optimization, final wrap reporting, and forecasting.
