While managing and executing ad campaigns at Google Ad Manager (set ups, segment management, trafficking, pacing, optimization, reporting, and other tasks as needed), you’ll report to the Sales Operations Manager, who’s in charge of the post-sale processes and executions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creation of campaign orders and line items in the Latin America region 
  • Trafficking of creatives 
  • Campaign Optimization
  • Reporting 

  • GAM Access/Functionality  
  • Edit the priority and delivery rate for line items 
  • View/edit creatives 
  • Enable/disable creatives 
  • Pause/unpause orders and line items 
  • View ad units, placements and key-values 
  • Edit orders and line items and submit for approval 
  • View forecast adjustments 
  • Create and view reports 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Superior time management and organizational skills with strict attention to detail - It’s really important you can prioritize accuracy and quality
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • An extraordinary customer service ethic with strong business acumen
  • Above average problem-solving skills and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Finance or Economics preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in the digital media industry preferred
  • Experience working within Facebook and/or Google platforms is preferred
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills and have experience working with various ad formats
  • He/She should be able to understand and resolve technical issues
  • Must be proficient, intermediate level with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash and other coding languages is beneficial to ensure that ads are displaying properly and that the ad tags provided for advertising are tracked properly
  • Languages: English (advanced level) and Spanish (basic level)
