Location: São Paulo (SP) POSITION SUMMARY Colleague will be responsible for the Contracts Process for Brazil and support litigation matters. Support the Legal Department daily on diverse legal topics and projects and provide proper legal guidance. Provide legal counseling to colleagues regarding legal topics and internal company policies. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Elaborate, review and coordinate execution of all kinds of commercial and service agreements. Provide day-to-day counseling to commercial and staff colleagues regarding legal processes, contracts and legal documents. Gather, structure and report required reports and legal documentation for litigation. Coordinate elaboration and formalization of corporate documents with external counsel and notary public offices Keep an updated database for all contracts, including reporting into Ariba Contracts. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS This position interacts with a wide variety of stakeholders in different markets. Commercial colleagues Enabling functions (Human Resources, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain) RESOURCES MANAGED Financial Accountability This colleague is not responsible for budget management, making decisions on legal spending or approving invoices from external counsel. Supervision This colleague does not have any direct reports.
