- We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build our affiliate program from the ground up. This role will own strategy, execution, and optimization of affiliate partnerships to drive profitable growth across Canada and the US, with a focus on fashion/e-commerce creators and communities that align with our brand.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program Architecture & Launch
- Architect and launch the affiliate program from scratch, including tools, structure, terms, and processes.
- Set up and optimize tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards using affiliate platforms and analytics.
- Define commission structures, incentive models, and promotional calendars to drive performance.
- Partner Recruitment & Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates, including influencers, content creators, publishers, and communities in Canada and the US.
- Manage day-to-day operations: approvals, communications, asset distribution, and tracking links.
- Monitor performance and profitability by partner and channel; iterate quickly to improve ROI and LTV.
- Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative and Marketing to develop affiliate-specific content, offers, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Paid, Social, and Lifecycle teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies across all channels.
- Support influencer and creator content collection, ensuring assets meet brand needs and are properly filed.
- Growth & Innovation
- Stay on top of affiliate, influencer, and platform trends (including TikTok, IG, and emerging channels).
- Proactively test new growth opportunities to fuel organic and paid content generation.
- Experience: 4+ years in affiliate/influencer or partnership marketing, ideally for DTC ecommerce or fashion/lifestyle brands.
- Track Record: Proven experience building, scaling, or significantly optimizing an affiliate program from the ground up.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with affiliate platforms/networks and advanced analytics tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven and able to pull, interpret, and act on performance data to drive measurable ROI.
- Ownership: High ownership, resourcefulness, and a “builder” mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and creating first-time processes.
- Communication: Excellent relationship-building skills; able to represent the brand professionally with external partners.

- Experience in both Canadian and US markets.
- Previous work with TikTok, Instagram, and content creators as revenue-driving affiliates.
- Experience collaborating closely with creative and lifecycle/CRM teams.
