• This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Agentic AI Developer in Latin America.
• We are seeking an innovative AI developer to design and implement agentic AI systems that autonomously manage and optimize marketing workflows across multiple platforms. In this role, you will build intelligent agents capable of planning, executing, and learning from campaigns, integrating data sources and APIs to maximize ROI. You will collaborate closely with marketing and data teams, applying advanced AI techniques to solve complex, real-world problems. This is a full-time remote role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your work will directly impact marketing efficiency and business growth.
• Accountabilities
• · Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems for autonomous marketing task management, including campaign setup, ad testing, creative generation, and reporting.
• · Integrate LLMs, APIs, and marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Roku, etc.) into multi-step agent frameworks.
• · Build memory, reasoning, and feedback mechanisms for AI agents to improve performance over time.
• · Develop automation pipelines connecting CRM, analytics dashboards, spreadsheets, and other data sources to agentic workflows.
• · Collaborate with marketing and data teams to identify high-impact use cases for AI-driven automation.
• · Monitor system performance, maintain logs, and ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operation.
• · 5+ years of development experience with Python or Node.js.
• · Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, API orchestration, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• · Proven experience integrating marketing APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and building automated workflows.
• · Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and autonomous task planning.
• · Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• · Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• · Fluent English proficiency, with strong ability to communicate complex ideas to executives.
• · Availability to work full-time EST.
• · Nice to have: prior experience in marketing automation, ad tech, React, RAG systems, or self-reflective agent architectures; experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
