We are seeking a skilled professional to integrate Apollo.io, Calendly, and Mailchimp with Airtable to track interactions. The goal is to have a centralized system in Airtable that captures all interactions from these tools, especially focusing on Apollo.io. The goal is to create a centralized, automated Airtable base that accurately captures and logs all contact interactions to provide a complete CRM view and enable effective communication tracking. Key Deliverables & Focus Airtable Database Structure: Design a scalable base with separate Contacts and Interactions tables. The contact's Email must be the key deduplication identifier. Apollo.io Interaction Logging (Primary Focus): Implement automated flows (via Make/Zapier) to log every Apollo event (Email Sent, Opened, Clicked, Reply) as a new record in the Interactions table. CRM Status Update: Use the Interactions data to automatically update the main Contacts table with key metrics, such as: Last Interaction Date Total Interaction Count Communication Status (e.g., "Ready for Outreach"). Other Integrations: Ensure similar logging is established for Calendly (Meeting Scheduled) and Mailchimp (Campaign Activity).
