- highly motivated eCommerce Analytics professional to join our rapidly expanding
- business. This role will be responsible for supporting the performance of Apple
- products across our main digital partners in Latin America. The successful
- candidate must be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- The ideal candidate will track the compliance of Apple’s customer experience and
- digital campaigns at our eCommerce Retailers and Marketplace in ALAC, including
- search, content optimization, catalog setup, attach, and conversion results.
- This person will collaborate closely with our local sales and marketing teams to
- align on the most valuable online insights to maximize Apple’s opportunities on
- our partner’s platform.
- DESCRIPTION
- Deliver the optimal Apple CX (customer experience) and closely supervise the
- buying journey for Apple’s products focused on achieving higher PDP views,
- conversion and exceeding sales growth. Partner closely with Account executives
- to identify pain points in the partner’s online journey from Search, PDP, Cart
- to Checkout, and recommend digital roadmap improvements to support account plans
- and forecast. Run test and optimization experiences along the sales purchase
- funnel to implement WW digital best methodologies and programs. Responsible for
- building and promoting digital QBRs with strategic partners with the objective
- of showcasing insights and support the plan for future projects. Work close with
- marketing team to build a process to standardize, analyze and automate digital
- campaign reporting into sales dashboard. Lead the implementation of digital WW
- tools and automation into the ALAC geo such as Salesforce, Digital Experience
- Monitoring, Cascade, Shopify. Responsible for partners' digital online KPIs
- report, web analytics and performance metrics - weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- +5 years of relevant experience analyzing and building insights from customer
- experience and sales growth through data analytics or digital strategy. Previous
- experience in digital commerce, Retail media, Social platforms or marketplace
- sales. Experience managing external and internal partners, collecting and
- presenting data results to support negotiation of programs and business projects
- from analyzing, to implementation, reporting and optimization. Strong problem
- solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options
- and provide clear recommendations for sales growth. Analytical ability to
- transform key performance indicators (KPI) into actionable insights. Proven
- understanding of eCommerce purchase funnel and CX data (Click through rate, Page
- views, Conversion rate, Abandoned cart). Excellent presentation and
- interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English --written and verbal-- is required.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Spanish fluency a plus. Experience running online tests for UI/UX and base
- management. Experience with Tableau, Python, and AI tools is a notable
- advantage. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
