- About the Role
- They're looking for a data-driven Advertising Manager to join their growing team and take full ownership of Amazon advertising accounts. In this role, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize performance, and maintain clear and proactive communication with clients about their results.
- This is a full-time, remote position where you’ll work closely with clients to align advertising strategies with their business goals. You’ll collaborate with a team of passionate experts who live and breathe Amazon advertising, while continuing to sharpen your skills and grow professionally.

As an Advertising Strategist, you’ll directly influence client growth by

- Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned client advertising accounts — from communication to performance.
- Develop, refine, and execute Amazon ad strategies tailored to client goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns through deep data analysis and actionable insights.
- Lead regular client calls to present results, strategies, and next steps.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with clear strategic context.
- Conduct detailed keyword, competitor, and market research to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with and mentor analysts supporting account execution.
- Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Advertising accounts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Excellent communicator — able to simplify and explain ad strategies to clients.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, or similar.
- Highly proactive and tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools and automation software.
- Exceptional English skills (written and spoken).
- Based in Latin America with prior remote work experience.
- Compensation
- Up to $2,500 USD/month, depending on skills and experience.
