Hi there! I run a mindful lifestyle brand called THE RESONANCE CO., built around neuroscience-backed journaling, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable productivity. We are a European slow-luxury brand with two core products on Amazon (UK + FR): - The Three Wish Journal - The Sustainably Productive Planner We have upcoming press features in Elle, Marie Claire, Variety, and Forbes in the next 10–14 days, + already published in Psychologies, so we need to make sure the Amazon foundation is ready to capture the visibility and convert it. I’m looking for a highly skilled Amazon optimization specialist for a 6–8 week sprint (Dec–Jan) with a very focused and clear scope. We are a mindful, slow-luxury brand so tone, visuals, and approach must reflect clarity, calm, and credibility. No aggressive marketing or hypey tactics. This is NOT a full retainer or ongoing agency setup. This is a lean, high-quality, finite optimization project. SCOPE OF WORK (Sprint) 1. Keyword Visibility Fix (Priority: UK & FR marketplace) - Ensure we appear for branded and high-intent keywords (“Three Wish Journal”, “wish journal”, “gratitude journal”, etc.) - Fix indexing issues (UK and FR) - Resolve UK visibility problems (right now competitors outrank us even on branded searches) 2. A+ Content Light Refresh - Not a full redesign, a focused upgrade only to enhance performance and conversion rates. - Add press logos (“As seen in Elle / Marie Claire / Psychologies…”) - Add scientific contributor information for added credibility (from our neuroscience advisor) - Improve clarity + reduce excessive text - Insert 1–2 clean infographics (created by you, we can provide assets via a shared Canva for brand assets and shared Google Drive file with photos) - All graphic or A+ changes must stay aligned with our brand aesthetic (slow-luxury, calm, minimal, mindful). Any changes must be rooted in performance and conversion improvement, not just design preference. The goal is to enhance clarity, trust, and sales — not to redesign for the sake of redesigning. 3. Listing Optimization - Titles, bullets, backend keywords - Keyword density + clarity - Improve overall conversion rate potential 4. Brand Store Quick Optimization - Ensure both products are linked - Improve flow for PR/social traffic - Add trust elements + create improved visuals with assets we provide (created by you, we can provide assets via a shared Canva for brand assets and shared Google Drive file with photos) 5. PPC Cleanup + Lean Structure - Remove wasted spend - Protect branded terms - Focus on high-intent and low-ACOS keywords - Keep daily spend around €12–15/day - Weekly check-ins + reporting (light) 6. Product Linking & Bundling - Link Journal ↔ Planner properly in A+ and Brand Store - Improve cross-sell visibility Please note that foundational fixes (indexing, PPC cleanup, listing adjustments) should be completed within the first 10–14 days. REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience improving organic rank + conversion for Amazon UK/EU brands - Able to work within tight budgets and focus on efficiency - Sensitivity to brand tone (premium, calm, non-hypey, mindful aesthetic) - Experience with A+ enhancement (not full design overhaul) - Very strong in keyword indexing + visibility troubleshooting - Strong understanding of conversion-focused Amazon visual strategy (you optimise design for sales and know what levers to pull to increase CVR). - Fluent English, French is a bonus - Can easily be verified by Amazon (additional verifications are required for both the UK and FR marketplaces) - Comfortable with weekly communication and transparency WHAT WE PROVIDE - Press logos - Brand assets via a shared Canva - Product photos shared via Google Drive file - Access to Seller Central + Ads Console - Clear direction + fast replies - A positive, calm, human-centered brand to work with 🙂 If the collaboration goes very well, there is potential for ongoing light-touch support after January.
