Sobre
- We’re building out our global ambassador team and partnerships function to help drive Runna forward, leveraging exciting ambassadors and brand/race collaborations to propel us to new heights. Join us and be part of a passionate team dedicated to empowering runners everywhere!
- What You’ll Be Doing (Project Scope)
- We’re looking for an exceptional, proactive, empathetic, and driven individual who’s ready to drive exceptional relationships with Runna ambassadors and partners in Brazil. We have built an incredible community of influencers, creators and public figures who storytell their journey training with Runna and inspire their audiences to give Runna a go! Right now, most of our Ambassadors are based in the UK and the US, and we want to expand our market presence in Brazil. This project will be focused on building the foundation of our Brazilian program — sourcing and onboarding initial ambassadors, activating campaigns, and securing the first key partnerships with races and brands. The scope and deliverables are clearly defined within the project timeline.
- We’re looking for someone with proven experience building strong relationships, who can take a leading role in ensuring our ambassador and partners LOVE working with us.
- **Project Deliverables
- Ambassadors (50%)**
- Source and onboard 20 - 30 new Brazilian Ambassadors who align with Runna’s mission.
- Build and execute launch campaigns with these ambassadors (content briefs, activations, renewals).
- Establish reporting to measure conversions and content impact from Brazilian Ambassadors.
- Partnerships (50%)
- Support existing partners: Ensure current race and brand activations in Brazil run smoothly and deliver maximum value for both runners and partners.
- Identify new opportunities: Research, pitch, and secure 3 - 5 new partnership opportunities (e.g. race providers, registration platforms, brands) within the project period.
- Execute campaigns: Work closely with the Partnerships Lead to build commercial proposals, integrate offers into the Runna ecosystem, and deliver end-to-end campaigns.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with ambassadors, events, and marketing teams to maximise the impact of partnerships and ensure everything ties together.
- What Success Looks Like In This Role
- Grow the number of conversions coming from Brazilian Ambassadors and partnerships by signing amazing new deals that align with Runna and encourage their audiences to train with Runna
- Maintain CAC targets by building compelling commercial deals
- Build strong, empathetic, long-term relationships with both BZ Ambassadors and Partners, ensuring they see Runna as a best-in-class collaborator.
- Drive amazing, high-quality content from BR Ambassadors and Partners that represents the Runna brand incredibly and inspires their audiences to give Runna a go!
- About you
- 2+ years experience managing creator relationships, or transferable commercial experience e.g. partnerships/ sales (bonus points if you’ve worked in the fitness industry). Proven ability to build strong, empathetic relationships with creators, talent agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build compelling commercial proposals and drive negotiations. You know your way around a spreadsheet and can analyse the expected ROI from new content partnerships.
- Proven experience building content briefs for creators. You understand what drives great quality content and you’re able to create exciting briefs that get the most out of creator relationships.
- Fluent English and Portuguese language skills in order to work with the team in London and creators in Brazil
- Excellent understanding of the running market in Brazil. Being able to identify the best races, events and creators for Runna to partner with.
- You’re a “doer”; not just a “thinker”. You’re hands-on and want to roll up your sleeves / get stuck in (you have a real ‘go get it’ attitude).
- You’re organized, efficient and can execute at pace. You can manage lots of spinning plates and prioritize effectively.
- You’re a fast learner, see feedback as a gift and constantly think about how you can improve.
- You’re fun, personable and love running!
- What we offer
- We’d be looking to hire someone on a fixed term contract basis (initial term 3 months) with a competitive rate of R$16,000–R$20,000/month.
