Somos responsáveis pela gestão da categoria de Plásticos, definindo a estratégia e traçando o melhor caminho para nossas entregas. Lideramos negociações com nossos fornecedores, projetos de redução de custos, melhorias e gestão de moldes. Tudo isso, trabalhando muito de perto com todas nossas áreas parceiras: planejamento, qualidade, desenvolvimento, sustentabilidade, entre outras O comprador será ponto focal para a categoria de embalagens plásticas e tampas metálicas. Será responsável por uma carteira estratégica, liderando negociações e garantindo a excelência em toda a cadeia de suprimentos. Atribuições do cargo: - Gerenciar e negociar a carteira de plásticos, atuando na prospecção de mercado e na busca por parcerias estratégicas com fornecedores. - Criar a estratégia da categoria, com um direcionamento claro para a entrega das metas - Gerenciamento da carteira com programa de biddings (leilões, RFI´s) - Liderar projetos de redução de custo e melhorias (com a geração de business case) junto aos fornecedores e as áreas de projetos internas - Participar ativamente da construção do budget e orçamento da categoria e suas revisões, com base em análises de mercado. - Interagir com clientes internos (Planejamento, Qualidade, Desenvolvimento, Sustentabilidade) para garantir a melhoria contínua e o alto nível de serviço. - Liderar cotações de projetos de inovação para os lançamentos (incluindo gestão de moldes), assegurando o cumprimento de SLAs e o uso eficiente dos sistemas Coupa e SAP. - Acompanhar KPIs e propor melhorias de processos para otimizar as operações de suprimentos. Requisitos obrigatórios: Graduação completa; Espanhol intermediário/avançado; Excel avançado; Experiência com compras.
