As a Contract Analyst I, you will have a key role in the department processes, being responsible for the following main activities
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
- Initiate Billing Plan, Initiate invoicing, Initiate follow-up on payments
- Set up project in Oracle
- Carry out VORs in the system
- Create customer input data shipping, load-out, offshore
- Participate in discussions related to the development of new services and/or processes
- Control project costs, promoting contributions to cost reduction
- Interface with customers to meet project needs and strengthen relationships with them
- Compliance with SMS and Customer Quality standards, if applicable
- Feed information into internal control
- Carry out financial monitoring of projects
- Generate load out/shipping documentation
- Carry out critical analysis for contracts, call offs and BIDs
- Contract Management - Contract termination, tax and values, items balance, amendments, contract reports, contract priorities, daily routine for all contracts and purchase orders.
- Interface with third party for local content certificate
- Monitor reels flow
- Perform other activities inherent to the role
Requirements
- Required B.SC in Business Administration, Engineering, Technician degree or related areas;
- Office Package (with emphasis on text editors and electronic spreadsheets);
- Desirable notions of Visio
- Desirable advanced English skills;
