  • Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of a cutting-edge solution that aims to automate data pipelines, reporting and insights to standardize business performance across the US commercial organization to support Mondelez on our AI transformation enabling our 2030 vision. You will play an instrumental part in shaping and prioritizing the features of this solution in daily operations. You will define the requirements, perform the analysis and identify patterns in large amounts of data. How you will contribute Be a player & coach to combine people leadership, strategic partnership, and hands on data activities to problem solve Accountable for product owner activities of North America Trade Promotion Management (TPM) reporting such as but not limited to backlog prioritization, requirements definition, defining the roadmap, communicating with stakeholders, collaborating with support team to ensure timely ticket closure, and continually improving the product. Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities, and delivers analysis outputs in accordance with customer needs and conforming to established standards. As an investigator on the data & analytics team, you will apply your knowledge of languages and pull data out of SQL databases, using Tableau/Power BI type tools and producing data visualizations and reporting dashboards. Define requirements for analysis in a given business area, perform detailed analysis, and identify trends defined in the requirements. Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions. Lead the team to perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Experience in promotion and trade planning (Trade Promotion Management (TPM) data is a big plus. Experience with Master Data challenges between external and internal data sources. Relevant experience throughout entire SDLC – from ideation to hypercare Experience working with Agile using tools like Jira or ADO is required. Power BI, Tableau experience required and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) experience strongly preferred Knowledge of KPIs and scorecards required Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement, explaining complex data concepts to non-technical individuals. Prior work experience with AI solutions Experience with data governance, privacy regulations, and best practices is a plus.
