Job Description Híbrido: para esta posição, é necessário estar presencialmente no escritório 3 vezes por semana. eCommerce Go-to-market Procuramos um(a) Analista de E-commerce - Go To Market e Canais - Pós-Vendas para impulsionar a estratégia e a performance dos nossos canais digitais. Essa pessoa será o elo entre a equipe e os stakeholders, e a rede de concessionária, focada em apresentar resultados e desenvolver melhorias contínuas. O objetivo é "vender" e desenvolver nossos canais digitais para a rede de concessionárias e garantir o crescimento sustentável das operações de pós-vendas. O que você fará (responsabilidades): Liderar a estratégia e a execução de iniciativas de e-commerce e canais digitais, buscando sempre a melhoria contínua de plataformas e processos. "Vender" e desenvolver os canais digitais junto à rede de concessionárias, atuando como um evangelista das nossas soluções online. Criar e liderar iniciativas para apoiar as operações de pós-venda, garantindo uma experiência digital fluida e eficiente para o cliente. Sugerir um aperfeiçoamento da interface (UX) com novas melhorias, assim como coordenar a lista de afazeres no desenvolvimento (backlog) e os prazos de entrega; Implementar ações para incentivar as vendas com o time comercial GM aos concessionários; Ser responsável pelo engajamento dos concessionários e das respectivas performances em vendas; Prover estratégia de negócios (business case), bem como otimização dos ganhos (ROI); Desenvolver e comunicar projeções e relatórios de vendas para as equipes, garantindo o alinhamento de metas e resultados. Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias): Graduação em administração, marketing ou similares; Pós-graduação ou MBA (desejado) Proficiência em português e inglês; Espanhol será considerado um diferencial; Experiência previa com eCommerce e marketing digital e gestão operacional de canais digitais (mandatório); Conhecimento sobre Google Analytics e tipos de mídia paga e orgânica: SEM e SEO; Metodologia e Gestão de projetos avançados O que pode te destacar como candidato: Alta habilidade em comunicação executiva e interpessoal.
