Atividades: Realizar suporte operacional para o programa de Gestão de Espaços (layouts e Mobiliários) Administrar os serviços de adição/mudança e manutenção de mobiliário Prestar apoio ao responsável pelo planejamento de espaços Preparar pequenas reconfigurações de espaços Atuar com equipes multifuncionais para otimizar a utilização do espaço Manter registos atualizados da alocação e ocupação do espaço Garantir a conformidade com as políticas e regulamentos de segurança Inspecionar e acionar a manutenção para reparação, movimentação, armazenamento e descarte de componentes do sistema de mobiliário, considerando todo o transporte dos seus componentes Providenciar o descarte do inventário de mobiliário da forma mais económica e ambientalmente responsável Acionar as reparações em garantia Controlar produtos defeituosos e solicitar restituição dos valores Controlar e garantir a disponibilidade de chaves e fechaduras de mobiliários Manter os documentos e bases de dados necessários Manter e atualizar sobreposições de utilização do espaço através do AutoCAD e ligação ao ARCHIBUS/Tririga sempre que os elementos gráficos da planta forem alterados Manter uma contagem precisa das estações de trabalho Manter e atualizar as plantas existentes no AutoCAD Fornecer os relatórios e outros documentos que apoiam o desenvolvimento e a comunicação das alocações de espaço do local e do espaço contínuo Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios gerenciais com dados operacionais, indicadores de desempenho e alcance de metas dos fornecedores geridos (KPI e SLA); Requisitos: Ensino superior cursando ou completo em arquitetura ou design de interiores Experiência em atendimento ao público Pacote office Conhecimento AutoCAD, Archibus, Tririga Inglês fluente Diferencial mandarim Local: São Paulo - SP Escala: Segunda a Sexta-Feira - Horário Comercial A JLL tem uma cultura diversa e inclusiva.
