• Responsibilities

• The Opportunity
• The position has a great scope in Process Validation and Continuous Improvement, being the Specialist in Packaging and Processes for the Cannister Platform in Brazil - directly 1 site that contains, in addition to the Stax product production factory, also the packaging production factory that will be produced "in house". The Cannister plant will be very complex, it is the first plant in the world of Pepsico that will produce the primary packaging of Stax in addition to the product Stax, which is a new platform for Brazil. The function has the scope: validation of equipment at the supplier, responsible for commissioning, mechanical and IPS audits, application of operational certification, PBT training of packaging and processes, creation of documentation to be used in the processes and from start up will be responsible for ensuring performance defined in AOP (management of packaging and process KPIs (yield, true efficiency, overpack), internal and international IPS audits, SET management (implementation of all LATAM packaging and process guidelines) and application of tools continuous improvement and productivity projects. With the new process in Brazil of the Cannister Platform (Stax) and the "in house" packaging factory, this position requires a specific and in-depth knowledge of this technology to have the execution with adequate support.

• • Implementation of productivity projects (LSS, CAPEX or optimizations) as leader and as support.
