Atuar em qualquer um dos setores da qualidade (Controle de Qualidade, Garantia da Qualidade ou Validação) para manter as unidades da ALB em conformidade com as normas vigentes de Boas Práticas de Fabricação de Gases Medicinais (ANVISA e legislações sanitárias locais), Boas Práticas de Fabricação de Gases Alimentícios (FSSC 22000) e Conformidade da Qualidade Industrial (ISO 9001). Em todas as áreas da Qualidade: Realizar autoinspeções e auditorias (ISO 9001 e segurança de alimentos), responsabilizar-se tecnicamente pelos locais de envase, distribuição, comercialização, dispensação e recebimento/armazenamento/controle/liberação de gases medicinais. Realizar treinamentos aplicáveis à função, tratar não conformidades e acompanhar implantação de layouts. Na área de Validação: Acompanhar, elaborar e executar protocolos/relatórios de validação (processo, limpeza, metodologia analítica e sistemas computadorizados). Abrir desvios, levantar itens para análises de transferência e validação de métodos, apoiar implantação e manutenção do sistema de qualidade. Identificar falhas e propor soluções, revisar validações, participar de investigação de eventos indesejados, propor mudanças e análises de risco, e contribuir para a implementação de documentos de validação. Na área de Garantia da Qualidade: Apoiar implantação e manutenção do sistema de qualidade, elaborar e treinar em manuais e procedimentos. Dar suporte às áreas do sistema de garantia da qualidade, orientando sobre correções de não conformidades e medidas preventivas. Analisar, elaborar e atualizar procedimentos internos, monitorar índices estatísticos, viabilizar novas tecnologias e equipamentos, e participar ativamente da qualificação de fornecedores de serviços críticos. Na área de Controle de Qualidade: Realizar análises de gases medicinais, liberar lotes de matéria-prima e produto acabado. Manter a manutenção preventiva e calibração de analisadores, e contribuir com dados para a elaboração do RPP (Revisão Periódica de Produto). ______________________________ Do you have these requirements?
