The position offers hands-on experience in compliance, training, and quality initiatives, with opportunities for professional growth and learning. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and organization of scientific content to align with regional Medical Affairs strategies. Mapping of Regional and Local scientific scenarios under senior guidance; Execute content approval and publication process maintaining documentation related to compliance and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth operations and adherence to internal standards. Partner with other Scientific Affairs area to guarantee a consistent plan and continuity. Contribute to internal communications within Medical Affairs. Stay updated on technology and digital tools relevant to Medical Affairs operations. Participate in projects that aim to improve efficiency and support strategic goals. Attend the Scientific Content KPIs and Insights generation. Minimum Qualification Sciences degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, and Pharmacy). Fluency in English language is required. Spanish and/or Portuguese is desirable. Experience with content or materials creation and strategy is desirable.
