  • The team you will be a part of
  • The UX Research team, a regional function dedicated to driving human-centered design principles across all product categories and user touchpoints within the Latin American region
  • This role in summary
  • Standardizing the UX Research practice and executing regional research for key Latin American brand strategies. The primary purpose is to define and implement best-in-class qualitative, quantitative and data analysis methodologies, manage research operations, and actively evangelize actionable insights to influence regional product roadmaps and customer experience improvements across LATAM.
  • Your responsibilities will include
  • Collaborate with LATAM Product Managers and regional stakeholders to define, plan, and execute regional research initiatives supporting specific business goals.
  • Design and implement standardized best practices and efficient processes for core qualitative methodologies (e.g., usability testing, focus groups, journey mapping, and persona development).
  • Manage and maintain centralized repositories of research insights, documentation, and user data for easy access by cross-functional design and product teams.
  • Support the maturity and adoption of UX Research principles across the organization through active promotion and presentation of findings.
  • Oversee research operations and logistics, including the efficient administration and tracking of research incentives and participant vouchers.
  • Mentor and educate designers and product teams on foundational research methodologies, principles, and ethical standards.
  • Lead the research planning, coordination, and execution strategy for major commercial and brand-specific launches (e.g., Brastemp, Consul, etc.).
  • Minimum requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX Research, focusing on defining and leading qualitative and quantitative studies.
  • Language skills: High professional proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish (written and verbal) is required to interact with regional teams and conduct studies. English is a plus
  • Preferred skills and experiences
  • Experience: Prior experience supporting research within the Latin American market
  • Education: Post-graduate certification or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to evangelize complex research findings and effectively influence mid-level product decision-makers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience managing research vendor relationships, participant recruitment, and incentive programs Proficiency in using and managing surveys and data exports. Survey development and analysis. Proficiency in analytics tools: Hotjar, GA4, Excel.
  • Research Planning and Methods: Defining research objectives (hypotheses, KPIs). Selecting and applying qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, questionnaires, analysis, etc.).
  • Executing qualitative research: In-depth interviews and moderating focus groups. Observation techniques, contextual studies, and shadowing. Co-creation and workshops (design thinking, crazy 8s, Figma facilitation).
  • Quantitative Research and Data Analysis: Preparing and analyzing questionnaires (Likert, NPS, CES, SUS).
  • Synthesis and Communication: Creating reports for stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations. Skills for translating findings into business impact.
