The Role We’re searching for a versatile apparel designer who can sketch, style, and shape products from concept to creation. This role requires expertise in pattern making, draping, and sewing. You’ll bring fresh ideas to the table—designing everything from dresses and body styles to original graphics for tees and sweatshirts. You’ll also collaborate closely with Creative Director & CEO Brianna Cannon to translate GameDay designs across a full line of products and styles. What You’ll Do Design seasonal products including dresses, body styles, and fashion-forward separates. Create original graphic designs for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel. Develop detailed technical drawings/tech packs for manufacturers. Ensure designs are production-ready and aligned with brand aesthetic. Research fabric, trims, and fashion trends to keep collections relevant and fresh. Balance creativity with commercial awareness—designs should be beautiful, wearable, and made to sell. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in fashion/apparel design. Strong technical drawing skills and experience creating tech packs. Experience designing both cut-and-sew garments (dresses, tops, bottoms) and graphic apparel. A portfolio that shows both fashion design and graphic design capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools. A love of fashion and strong eye for trend, color, and silhouette. Bonus Points Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers. Understands American sports teams & sports culture. Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and production processes. Previous work with a fashion/lifestyle brand. Compensation & Role Details Type: Freelance / Part-Time (20–30 hours per week) Rate: $20–$30 USD per hour Reports To: Brianna Cannon, CEO & Creative Director
