---ARE YOU A LINKEDIN PROSPECTING AND LEAD GENERATION WIZARD WHO CAN BOOK ZOOM CALLS FROM OUTBOUND AND INBOUND MESSAGES?--- We don’t mean a virtual assistant who “kind of” gets messaging. We mean someone who knows how to hold real conversations on LinkedIn, qualify buyers, respond like a human (not a bot), and get booked calls with decision-makers in the calendar consistently every week. This is a 90-day trial position with the potential to convert into a permanent position paying $2,000 per month plus 5% commission on every sales call within our company for the right candidate. ---WHO ARE WE--- We are a high-performance coaching and career strategy company founded in 2023. We work with senior leaders at Meta, Google, TikTok, Accenture, and Deloitte to help them get clear, tell a better story, and land their next dream role. We run on bold messaging, powerful storytelling, and an elite coaching program that sells for $2,000–$10,000. The founder is based in the UK, and the team works remotely from Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. ---WHO ARE YOU--- We're looking for someone with the personality to go beyond a typical VA role. You’re the first face of the company. You book the call that changes a life. You message with empathy, speed, and confidence. The following are non-negotiable requirements (we hire for personality and attitude), you are: - Self-sufficient: Executes without being chased - Organized: Manages tasks across Asana, Loom, GSheets - Sharp: Gets tone, adapts quickly - Emotionally intelligent: Responds like a real human - Hungry: Wants to grow into more than a task-taker - Resilient: Doesn’t panic, doesn’t hide from mistakes - Fast writer: Conversational, clear, on-brand - Execution obsessed: Doesn’t stall or wait for permission - Writes naturally in fluent English (UK tone) - Handles blunt, honest feedback with maturity - Comfortable booking 10–12 qualified calls/week - Enjoy real conversations, not transactional messaging In addition, you must meet the following tech and availability requirements: - You must have a strong internet connection at least 50mbps (if you live somewhere that experiences blackouts or has poor internet connectivity, we won't be able to hire you) - You can be available 9am–8pm UK time (you'll be working eight hours per day, we'll discuss the hours during the interview process) - You can meet for daily screen-share check-ins over Zoom (camera always on unless otherwise agreed) - You'll be using Loom, HubSpot, Asana, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator comfortably (if you can't use them now, don't worry, you'll be trained) ---WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING--- Here's what a typical week will look like: - Send 200+ connection requests and 600+ messages/week - Handle all DM replies, objections, and follow-ups - Book 10-14 qualified calls/week from LinkedIn - Update CRM (HubSpot) with notes and next steps - Maintain Asana task updates with due dates + comments - Re-engage old leads and cold conversations - Support event outreach (masterclasses, webinars) - Proactively improve messaging templates based on performance - Create, manage, and maintain your own lead lists using Sales Navigator In a nutshell: You're responsible for efficiently and effectively responding to all LinkedIn and Email messages, ensuring that the inboxes have no unread's every day and getting prospects from LinkedIn to book sales calls with the founder. You'll also need to keep the CRM updated and ensure social media content goes out on LinkedIn at the correct times from the content calendar, help with decks, managing and setting up the Circle.so community, other administrative tasks, and some lead scraping, list management and other data tasks. We don't want people who say "I know", but don't know and are afraid to ask questions. That last point is incredibly important. If you don't know something, that's ok. Just ask. We don't want people who say they know, but don't execute. ---HOW MUCH?--- Include your hourly compensation rate in the job description for the initial 90 day trial period. In addition to this, you'll be receiving a commission up to 5% on every sales call booked through your messages (Deals range from $2K–$10K = $100–$500 per close). We consider this a role within the company, so although you may be expected by do 10-20 hours/week in the beginning, we will hire you for a full-time position after you've been trained and passed the requirements of the trial period, your salary for this may range between $1,500-$2,000 per month, dependent on experience (this is open to negotiation, we're happy to pay more for elite operators) We also have a learning and development budget, bonuses for ROI-positive initiatives ---THE JOB SELECTION AND INTERVIEW PROCESS--- 1) Send off your proposal and answer the questions. 2) Send us your video in the Upwork message along with this application 3) The founder and marketing director will select the top three or four candidates for a thirty-minute Zoom interview this week or next week (FYI, you must have your camera on during the Zoom, we want to see your face and you deserve to see our faces) 4) Those selected after the interview, may be given a short task to prepare so we can see what you're about and have a final interview. During the interviews, we'll ask you some questions and give you plenty of opportunities to ask questions. We'll also have a negotiation on the hourly rate and monthly compensation once you're hired.
