Appointment Setter for Executive Coaching Business (High-Ticket, English-Speaking Market) Description: I run an online executive health and performance coaching company helping busy professionals (mainly in the US and UK) lose weight, gain strength, and optimize energy without wasting time. I’m looking for a skilled appointment setter / SDR who can start conversations, qualify prospects, and book quality sales calls directly into my calendar. This is not spammy copy-paste outreach. You’ll be representing a premium brand working with executives, so tone, attention to detail, and professionalism are critical. Your role will include: • Daily outreach on LinkedIn and Instagram (scripts and ICP provided) • Starting authentic conversations that build trust • Qualifying leads to ensure they match our ideal client profile • Booking calls directly into my calendar • Tracking daily metrics (conversations started, replies, calls booked, calls closed) What I’m looking for: • Excellent written English and natural, professional tone • Experience with appointment setting, SDR work, or lead generation • Organized and consistent — able to hit daily outreach targets • Coachable and willing to follow proven scripts and frameworks • Positive, energetic, and resilient — not afraid of rejection Compensation: • Base rate: $500–$1,000 USD per month (depending on experience and hours) • Commission: $100–$150 USD per call that closes into a paying client • Long-term position with growth potential To apply, please answer these 3 questions: 1.
