• What You’ll Do
• ✔️ Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging to set appointments
• ✔️ Listen actively and reassure with empathy
• ✔️ Manage and update calendars accurately
• ✔️ Keep clear records of conversations and follow-ups
• ✔️ Adapt quickly to new tools, scripts, and processes
• ✔️ Work with multiple clients, each with unique systems and needs
• What We’re Looking For
• 🔹 Full-time availability (no part-time/flexible setups)
• 🔹 Must be able to work Canada business hours
• 🔹 Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• 🔹 Fast learner – able to adapt across different clients
• 🔹 Empathetic and people-oriented – you know how to listen and reassure
• 🔹 Reliable laptop, headset, and strong internet connection
• 🔹 Appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
