Origin Studio (www.originstudio.design) is a modular home company that I founded 4 years ago. We design and build high-quality, beautifully crafted ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) and modular homes that merge architectural excellence with sustainable living. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the following areas: Architecture & Design: Assist with design development and architectural plan set preparation. Plan Sets: Prepare, review, and refine drawings for permitting and construction. Permitting: Track permits across multiple jurisdictions, organize submissions, and coordinate with city staff as needed. About the Role This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s skills and fit. You will work directly with me, the founder, to help keep projects moving smoothly from design through permitting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once are essential. Qualifications Experience with architectural drawings and design software (CAD or equivalent). Familiarity with permitting processes and construction documentation.
