New Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT service solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving concrete results in : Banking, Financial Service sector.
- Strong ability to hunt for new customers and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Background in IT services or related field.
- Background in Financial Service sector or related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field with MBA or Master's in the technical area being highly desirable or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Readiness to travel of over 50% or more.
- A hands-on executive who will successfully assimilate into the corporate culture and become involved as a member of the high-performing team.
- A professional whose credibility and expertise can gain immediate acceptance and respect within the organization.
- A professional who has the interpersonal skills, consultative approach, services and industry expertise to build the reputation and productivity of the team.
- A strong leader who can develop teamwork.
- Comfort level in a results-oriented yet team-oriented collaborative environment.
- High performance expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
