Descrição sumária do cargo O Assistente de Vendas atua no suporte à equipe comercial, auxiliando no atendimento aos clientes, na elaboração de propostas, no acompanhamento de pedidos e na organização de informações comerciais. É responsável por garantir a fluidez dos processos de vendas, contribuindo para a satisfação dos clientes e o alcance das metas da empresa. Principais atribuições - Atender clientes por telefone, e-mail ou presencialmente, filtrando informações sobre produtos, serviços e pedidos. - Emitir orçamentos, propostas comerciais e pedidos de venda. - Acompanhar o andamento dos pedidos, desde a entrada até a entrega. - Atualizar cadastros de clientes e manter registros organizados. - Apoiar a equipe de vendas com relatórios, planilhas e controle de metas. - Interagir com áreas internas (logística, financeiro, estoque) para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e condições acordadas. Escolaridade e Experiência - Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico ou superior em Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins). - Experiência anterior na área comercial ou atendimento ao cliente. - Ter conhecimento em rotinas administrativas de vendas. - Ter experiência no Protheus e Excel avançado. - Preferencialmente Inglês básico / intermediário.
