Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Objetivo do Cargo: Executar de forma precisa e ágil as atividades operacionais que compõem o processo de admissão de colaboradores, garantindo a correta entrada de dados em sistema, o cumprimento de prazos e a manutenção da conformidade legal e organizacional. Responsabilidades Principais: Cadastrar admissões em sistema, seguindo os padrões e cronogramas definidos para cada tipo de contrato; Conferir e organizar documentação dos novos colaboradores, assegurando que estejam completos e corretos conforme checklist; Abrir e atender tickets relacionados ao processo de admissão (solicitação de documentos, envio de termos, validações cadastrais); Atualizar planilhas de controle com informações de status, datas e pendências, garantindo visibilidade da fila de admissões; Gerenciar prazos de entrega, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs acordados com o cliente; Sinalizar inconsistências ou dúvidas à liderança de forma proativa para evitar atrasos ou erros no processo; Utilizar ferramentas do Google (Planilhas, Documentos, Gmail e Agenda) como apoio à organização da rotina; Manter arquivos atualizados, digitais e/ou físicos, para fins de conferência, controle e auditoria. Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills): Ensino médio completo ( desejável curso superior completo ou em andamento); Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Google Workspace (Planilhas, Gmail, Documentos); Agilidade com digitação e navegação em sistemas de RH e plataformas internas; Desejável: experiência anterior com rotinas de admissão ou administração de pessoal. Competências Comportamentais: Atenção aos Detalhes: Garante dados corretos em cadastros e documentos. Evita retrabalho. Comprometimento com Prazos: Mantém regularidade nas entregas, mesmo em rotinas repetitivas ou de alta demanda.
