Realizar o apoio aos Gerentes, Vendedores e Coordenadores Vitalaire, através do suporte operacional necessário ao desempenho das atividades comerciais, bem como, acompanhar as ações comerciais da área de Vitalaire de uma ou mais regiões. Responsável pela implantação de pedidos no sistema, elaboração de propostas e orçamento, cadastro dos clientes no sistema, implantação do critério de preço, emissão de aviso de crédito, atendimento por telefone ao cliente, elaboração e controle de contratos de Pessoa Física e Jurídica, elaboração e conferência do movimento mensal do cliente/paciente (saldo de equipamentos e pedidos), faturamento para clientes e pacientes. Realizar o apoio a eventos comerciais da empresa, elaboração de documentos comerciais e organização dos documentos da área. Apoio e interação com a área de logística. Atuar no apoio aos processos de licitações, provendo a documentação e acompanhamento de processo conforme orientações vigentes para este fim nas operações dos processos da área de Vitalaire. Como parte integrante de suas responsabilidades neste cargo, deverá assumir funções específicas definidas pelos Sistemas de Gestão Industrial e Operacional (SGI & SGO) inchindo as relativas aos processos de Segurança dos Alimentos e Medicalização que lhe sejam atribuídas, devendo realizar adequadamente as atividades atribuídas a estas funções como definido nos documentos que estabelecem estes sistemas. Implementação de Cadastros e Preços: Implementar o cadastro de Clientes e a implantação de preços no sistema, através do acompanhamento das necessidades da área comercial e faturamento de clientes. Apoio Administrativo Comercial: Apoiar Gerentes Comerciais, Coordenadores Comerciais e de Vitalaire, Vendedores e Especialistas através da realização das atividades administrativas-comerciais. Acompanhamento de Ações Comerciais: Participar do acompanhamento das ações comerciais da área, através da utilização das ferramentas estabelecidas para este fim. Auxílio na Organização: Auxiliar na organização de eventos, feiras comerciais, materiais de distribuição, bem como material, contratos, correspondências, agendamento e outros documentos internos da área comercial. Apoio em Processos de Licitações: Apoiar através da confecção de documentos, preparo de materiais necessários e outros os processos de licitações da área de Vitalaire, conforme orientações recebidas da área nacional de licitações e do gestor responsável. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements?
