RESPONSABILIDADES
- Instalar a máquina após o fechamento do cadastro.
- Conduzir o cadastro do cliente, verificando e confirmando os dados.
- Liberar o cliente para a etapa logística.
- Atender clientes que desejam cancelar, buscando reter a adesão e finalizando o procedimento conforme o script.
- Realizar a tratativa de chamados relacionados a ajustes no portal.
- Habilitar novos serviços.
- Efetuar alterações cadastrais.
- Gerar termos de adesão via DocuSign.
- Preparar termos de adesão e contratos em geral para assinatura eletrônica.
