Job Title: Associate, Operations Support Job Description The Associate, Operations Support is responsible for coordinating support tasks related to operations in the organization. This position oversees tasks to completion and report their progress to the operations manager. This position is responsible for communicating with outside partners, and vendors. Funções Essenciais/ Responsabilidades Principais •Participar do planejamento, desenvolvimento, implementação e suporte das atividades operacionais; •Atender chamadas recebidas, encaminhar chamadas para as pessoas apropriadas e anota recados; •Apoio em dúvidas e solicitações de clientes, resolvendo potenciais reclamações ou escalar os problemas de acordo com a necessidade; •Identificar maneiras de otimizar os procedimentos operacionais entre ou dentro do departamento; Coordenar recompensas, reconhecimentos e outras atividades de engajamento dos game-changers no local; Desenvolvimento de relatórios de acompanhamento de KPIs; Controles operacionais e apresentaçãp de resultados. Requisitos: •Vaga exclusiva para: Agentes de Atendimento, SME’s, e Monitores de Qualidade de todos os produtos de Curitiba! •Mínimo de 6 meses no cargo atual; •Sem medida disciplinar nos últimos 6 meses e durante o processo seletivo; •Não estar com férias programadas para o período do processo seletivo , assim como licenças médicas; •ABS do candidato de até 7% nos últimos 3 meses; •Pacote Office intermediário, em especial o Excel; •Ensino Superior cursando ou finalizado desejável; •Ter Disponibilidade de horário.
