  • As an Associate Product Manager for the Trading Desk, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing liquidity products that power institutional and retail trading activities. You will collaborate closely with trading, engineering, compliance, treasury, and sales teams to define product specifications, identify opportunities, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. Your work will involve continuous product discovery, data-driven decision-making, and direct interaction with clients to deliver impactful and secure trading solutions. This position offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to innovative crypto-fintech products and the opportunity to make a measurable impact in the Latin American market.
  • Accountabilities
  • Take ownership of existing Trading Desk products, driving continuous improvement from business and operational perspectives.
  • Partner with trading and operations teams to optimize liquidity, tighten spreads, and enhance execution quality.
  • Translate strategic ideas into clear product specifications, ensuring scalability, standardization, and client readiness.
  • Conduct product discovery to identify new opportunities such as FX pairs, OTC solutions, or cross-border flows.
  • Collaborate with institutional clients, sales, and product teams to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements.
  • Align Trading Desk objectives with broader organizational goals, removing blockers and communicating effectively across teams.
  • Continuously explore innovative approaches to liquidity solutions, positioning the desk at the forefront of crypto-fintech.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in trading, finance, or fintech environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial products, trading platforms, and liquidity concepts is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese depending on region) is preferred.
