  • About the Role
  • We are looking for an Associate Product Operations Manager to help evolve the way retailers operate within BEES. The Product Operations Team serves as a strategic partner to the Product organization, enabling efficiency, alignment, and operational excellence through well-designed processes, rituals, and data-driven insights.
  • Our mission is to support a winning product strategy and ensure best-in-class digital product delivery that drives BEES’ commercial objectives. We do this by managing the product roadmap, building scalable processes, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration across global teams and product areas.
  • This role sits within the Strategy & Operations group at BEES and will work closely with Product, Program, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders across our worldwide ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Support the quarterly intake, prioritization, and roadmapping processes end-to-end, ensuring organizational alignment.
  • Manage and update roadmap changes throughout the quarter, maintaining communication with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Prepare materials, consolidate inputs, and support structured discussions for weekly problem-statement reviews with Product & Engineering leadership.
  • Act as a support partner to Product Managers, ensuring initiatives, documentation, and JIRA items are complete and ready for strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to operationalize business cases, validate commercial inputs, and ensure high-quality information reaches Product for prioritization.
  • Prepare and organize productization meetings with directors, ensuring clarity, consistent materials, and operational readiness.
  • Transform hypotheses into structured initiatives and facilitate alignment loops with senior leadership.
  • Maintain and evolve documentation in Confluence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support leadership insights and product decision-making.
  • Support change-management initiatives and contribute to improving operational processes across the ecosystem.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Strategy, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience with project management, structured planning, and process organization.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, including preparing presentations and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage diverse inputs and moving parts.
  • Interest in product strategy and understanding how commercial inputs connect to product decisions.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, non-linear business environment with frequent changes.
  • Experience supporting operational rituals, documentation, and cross-functional alignment (plus).
  • Tools: MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid tools, PowerBI.
  • Languages: Fluent English; Conversational Spanish is a plus.
