Help Red Hat Training and Certification continue to launch its industry leading portfolio of training and certification offerings. We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to be a central point of contact for go-to-market activities and translation programs on the Global Delivery team. You will be part of a high-performing, globally distributed team working cross-functionally, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Curriculum and Certification teams within Red Hat to ensure successful implementation and delivery of new training products. You will assist in launching Red Hat Training products into the market, including information and requirements gathering; prioritizing initiatives; ensuring operational and system readiness; coordinating regular global meetings and managing finances. You’ll need to be a master at concurrently managing many releases and balancing between attention to detail and seeing the bigger strategic picture. What you will do: Execute cross-functional launch process to bring new products to market, including SKU lifecycle, product messaging, operational and delivery requirements/readiness Serve as the an interface between the product development team and broader services organization; document offering specifications and communicate necessary details to respective stakeholders Collaborate with services marketing to prioritize field marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, launch activities, and resource requirements based on product roadmap and industry trends Lead ongoing weekly go-to-market meetings with a broad range of global stakeholders while building consensus and leading through influence What you will bring: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in a revenue-generating commercial software training organization Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent project and program management skills Knowledge of tools and processes related to managing local Ability to work across departments and global audiences to build solid relationships and gather necessary information as related to GTM Diverse skill set, with an ability to rapidly shift between tasks ranging from managing vendor relationships to leading calls About Red Hat Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
