Atendente de Suporte Técnico I – Lapa/SP Responsabilidades: Realizar atendimentos técnicos aos clientes via telefone, e-mail e chat; Esclarecer dúvidas e fornecer orientações sobre os produtos e equipamentos da ADT Monitoramento; Instruir os clientes quanto ao manuseio correto dos dispositivos; Registrar todos os atendimentos e interações no sistema CRM. Requisitos: Experiência prévia com suporte técnico; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Conhecimento básico em sistemas de atendimento e CRM será considerado um diferencial.
